1. HARVEST IN FIELD
Executed with specialized workers, through the use of electronic balances for the weight control.
2. FIRST QUALITY CONTROL
Executed within 1/2 hours from the harvest with 5 trucks that guarantee a daily loading until
approximately 300 ton.
3. TRANSPORT TO THE WAREHOUSE
4. ARRIVAL TO THE WAREHOUSE
Remarkable improvements have been done in the lasting of the grape
(shelf-life).
5. SECOND QUALITY CONTROL
6. FAST PRE-COOLING:
Immediate conservation in technologically advanced refrigerating
cells that able the pre-cooling of the grape (about +1 C° in approximately
3/4 hours).
7. LOADING ON FRIGO TRUCK
8. DEPARTURE TO THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES:
Only 6 hours from the harvest to the departure!!!
Since November the production schedule is focused on the growth
and the ripeness of the product.
Since July to December the harvest is carried out using specialized
labour.
Selection and packaging of the table grape has done directly in the vineyard, to avoid useless and harmful manipulations.
Later, the product is carried to the packhouse in boxes through
frigo trucks, where is immediately cooled off and after 4\5 hours
from the harvest, is loaded on refrigerating trucks, to be loaded
within the next 48 hours to all the North Europe countries.
